At Meridian Curated, every corporate gifting solution is carefully curated and often customized according to specific client requirements. Due to the personalized and bulk nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to certain conditions. Customized, branded, engraved, printed, or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded once production or customization has begun.
Customers are requested to inspect all deliveries upon arrival. In the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant photos, videos, and order details for verification. Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our team, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the nature of the issue.
Bulk corporate orders that have entered production or procurement stages are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused directly by Meridian Curated. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
